Autumn Movement & Body connection..
Adults Contemporary Dance Course, suited to all levels of dance abilities and to the very beginner dancer up for a challenge!
A course that will appeal to those who love to connect to their bodies through movement & music in a nurturing and encouraging environment.
We start each class with a warm up, light stretches and move into learning contemporary travelling progressions.
We then move into learning a routine in which we continue to build on each week, finishing off with a cool down.
An hour of heart, sweat, laughs and endorphin releases!

Time: 9.30am-10.30am
Venue: Cape Performing Arts, Byron Bay Industrial estate
Dates: Friday May 9th, last class Friday 27th of June.
