Move through Winter to Spring

Adults Contemporary Dance Course, suited to all levels of dance abilities or to the very beginner dancer up for a challenge.

A course that will appeal to those who love to connect to their bodies and express through movement & music in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

We start each class with a warm up, light stretches and move into learning contemporary travelling progressions.

From there we move into learning a routine in which we continue to build on each week, finishing off with a cool down.

An hour of heart, sweat, laughs and endorphin releases!

8 Fridays:

Time: 9.30am-10.30am 

Venue: Cape Performing Arts, Byron Bay Industrial estate

Dates: Friday August 1st, last class Friday 19th September.
