Advance Care Directive & Estate Planning Workshop

 By the end of the workshop participants will have explored end of life options and walk away with documents that state preferred wishes and choices that are meaningful to them, depending on individual need, values, beliefs and culture. 

An Advance Care Directive and a End of Life Plan are essential tools for families and friends to carry out a person's wishes if they are unable to communicate themselves.  

Estate Planning will be discussed and questions answered. Tracey Justin has over 30 years experience in this field. Participants will come away with a good understanding of the topic and will know if they need to seek further instructions or information.
