This is an opportunity to get your life in order with an Advance Care Planning tutorial with Banksia's passionate resident specialist Julia Garside.
Advance Care Planning is planning for your future health care. It enables you to make decisions now about the health care you would or wouldn’t like to receive if you became seriously ill and were unable to communicate your preferences or make treatment decisions. It ensures your loved ones and health providers know what matters most to you and respect your treatment preferences.
