Visiting the CHEC can be an important step in accessing health education, wellness programs, and services in our community.

CHEC services are available to anyone in our community, regardless of whether they are currently a patient at Salem Health.

The CHEC is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and can be reached by phone at 503-814-2432 or by email at CHEC@salemhealth.org
