Advanced Course - Commercial Forecasting
Event description
This one-day intensive course, run by the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA), provides a comprehensive understanding of how to model, predict, and optimise the financial performance of loyalty and customer engagement programs.
Designed for loyalty, marketing, and finance professionals, the course bridges the gap between data and decision-making — equipping participants with the tools to connect customer behaviour to business outcomes and forecast program performance with confidence.
Through a combination of expert-led instruction, practical exercises, and case studies, attendees will learn to:
Build and interpret financial models for loyalty programs.
Apply Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) frameworks to measure member profitability.
Use forecasting tools and data-driven insights to guide investment decisions.
Quantify and communicate the commercial impact of loyalty initiatives.
Evaluate risk and identify opportunities to improve program ROI.
By the end of the course, participants will have the skills to forecast loyalty program performance, communicate commercial outcomes effectively, and make confident, evidence-based investment decisions.
This program is ideal for loyalty and CRM managers, marketing and finance professionals, and data analysts seeking to elevate the strategic and commercial value of their loyalty programs.
