Advanced Excel - 3 hr Zoom Workshop

3 hour Zoom workshop with an accredited trainer. Participants will be given a case study to complete.

Our trainer will show you how to:

• Create & use data validation
• Assign passwords, open password protected files & remove passwords
• Use the IF, nested IF & VLOOKUP functions
• Understand & create Pivot Tables
• Use formula auditing tools
• Create macros, assign macros to the toolbar & assign shortcut keys
• Share workbooks with others
• Open a CSV file into Excel using Text to Column feature

Venue:

Your own location (participants will require a headset with microphone & two screens, or a combination of devices that will enable use of Zoom & Excel simultaneously & allow communication with the trainer)

Prerequisites : Frequent use of Excel & a good understanding of common functions.

Fees & Payment Options

Cost Centre Payment (Melbourne Health Staff only)- $220 excl. GST

• Cost Centre payments: A valid campus code & cost centre must be provided at time of registration. Your nominated cost centre will be charged at the close of registration.

Credit Card Payment - $250 (Includes booking fee & GST ). Hospital staff may be entitled to a reimbursement. Check with your supervisor or Finance department.

Cancellations/Refunds Policy:

Cost Centre Cancellations: Less than 7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the course fee is charged unless we fill your place.

Course transfers are not available. Course attendance can be transferred to another individual from the same cost centre provided we are informed ahead of the workshop.

Credit Card Cancellations & Refunds: Up to 7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the workshop fee will be refunded, less Humanitix booking fees.

Less than 7 days prior to the workshop date - no refund unless we fill your place with another applicant.

Melbourne Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops without notice. In the event of a workshop cancellation, a full refund (less Humanitix fees) will apply.
