The Advanced MARAM Collaborative Practice module is a new training offering delivered by the Northern Integrated Family Violence Services. Targeted at a team leader or senior practitioner level, the purpose of this new training is to further embed and excel the alignment of MARAM implementation in prescribed entities across the Northern Metropolitan Region (NMR).

Who should attend?
  • Team Leaders and practitioners with 3+ years of experience working in the NMR
  • Practitioners working in the NMR who have completed MARAM Collaborative Practice and want to advance their skills and knowledge in MARAM implementation and alignment

  • Learn how to lead and drive multi-agency collaboration
  • Enhance practice skills required to recognise and respond to complex, high-risk family violence cases through a multi-agency response
  • Embed skills and confidence to enact Information Sharing when responding to complex cases of family violence
  • Strengthen capacity to identify and respond to misidentification of the primary aggressor
  • Grow in understanding on how to apply an intersectional, trauma-informed lens to advanced practice in family violence response
