Event description
This course provides in-depth discussion and practical case management strategies to support employers achieve a positive return to work outcome for their workers and as a result themselves. Topics include early evidence gathering for liability, reasonable management action, risk profiling claims and how to prepare in the event a claim becomes a legal matter. This session will be informative and engaging with insightful and practical advice provided by our in-house experts.
Important information:
The event will be split into two x 2 hour sessions with a short break in between each session, as follows:
Session 1: 9.30am - 12.30pm
Session 2: 1.30pm - 3.30pm
