Ayurvedic Healing Arts: Abhyanga & Pulse from the Raju Lineage (Auckland)
Event description
This is not your average Abhyanga workshop
Whether you are brand new to self-Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage) or have been practicing for years, this is a rare chance to learn and refine under the guidance of one of the world’s leading Ayurvedic masters, Vaidya Krishna Raju.
Across two evenings, you will explore the healing art of self-Abhyanga alongside the subtle sciences of pulse diagnosis and marma (vital points), the meeting place of body, mind, and prāṇa. These are not just techniques, but living tools to awaken your body’s intelligence, prevent disease, and enliven vitality.
You will leave with practical skills you can use immediately at home, plus rare insights from a master lineage preserved and refined over generations. Even seasoned practitioners will find nuances to take their practice further.
What You’ll Learn
Self-Abhyanga – Foundational and refined strokes to nourish tissues, balance doshas, and strengthen immunity and the nervous system.
Pulse – Begin or deepen self-pulse practice to read your body’s signals and track changes over time.
