Advancing shared value workshop | Online

The Advancing Shared Value workshop will now be held online via Zoom. We invite you to join us digitally to move your shared value understanding from theory to practice. 

The content of the workshop remains the same, and tickets will now include complimentary access to our Shared Value Action Plan Framework, a tool designed to help organisations ideate new shared value projects and initiatives.

Facilitated by shared value expert Hugh Foley, the 'Advancing shared value' workshop builds on the fundamental theory covered in the 'Introduction to shared value' workshop to explore how companies and their partners can identify and develop shared value strategies to address social and environmental challenges.

Through interactive exercises and case studies, the class will focus on the tactics a company and its partners can use to apply the shared value theory in a practical and tangible way. The class will also explore how shared value can extend beyond individual initiatives to inform the broader strategy, purpose, culture and leadership of the organisation.

The session will cover: 

• A brief re-cap of fundamental shared value theory
• Developing a shared value initiative - how to identify opportunities and develop a shared value approach
• Embedding shared value at the enterprise level - linking purpose, capacity building and leadership to shared value 
• Working with partners
