Advent is more than a season of preparation—it is an invitation to awaken to God's presence in the midst of our own lives.
Join longtime spiritual directors Rosalyn Falcon Collier and Pat Daniels for an eight-week online retreat that invites you to slow down, reflect deeply, and enter more fully into the sacred rhythm of Advent. Together, we will explore how the journey toward the birth of Christ mirrors our own lifelong journey toward wholeness, healing, and transformation.
Guided by Advent and Psychic Birth by Mariann Burke, RSH, participants will discover how the Advent story speaks not only to Christ's coming into the world, but also to the continual invitation for Christ to be born within each of us.
Throughout the retreat, we will prayerfully explore six themes that shape the Advent journey:
Anticipation
Longing
Hope
Fear
Anger
Joy
Drawing from Scripture, the liturgical season, contemplative prayer, and shared reflection, this retreat offers a welcoming space to recognize both the wounds and the graces that prepare our hearts for new life. During the darkest time of the year, we are invited to rediscover the Light that transforms our individual lives and shines into our broken world.
Whether you are seeking a richer experience of Advent, longing for spiritual renewal, or simply desiring a quiet place to reflect with others, this retreat offers an opportunity to journey together in faith and hope.
