Event description

Spend the day drawing with artist Stephen Hall in the GCS gallery. From the simplest of means, just using pencil and paper, our drawing adventure will be vast, drawing all sorts of things in all sorts of ways including faces, figures, animals, landscape, objects, moods & emotions - classical realism, surrealism, intuitive doodling & abstraction, using 2d & 3d reference, memory and imagination.
There will a lot of practical, tangible things to learn but the joy of playing, experimenting & discovering will also be encouraged and nurtured. (we will plant the tip of a pencil into paper & see what grows).

Suitable for beginners to the experienced.

  2. 2 x 2b pencil
  3. 3 x 4b pencils
