Advocacy Workshop + Dahl Dinner
Description
This Wednesday, 9 September is a big one - two events running side by side!!
🐾 ANIMAL WELFARE POLICY REFORM: LETTER WRITING WORKSHOP - 6:00-7:30pm, Evan Williams Theatrette (G03, Peter Hall)
We're thrilled to have Lucas Lewit-Mendes from Amplify for Animals leading a hands-on session on why political advocacy matters - then giving you the time (and a template) to actually write a letter to an MP. Animal welfare, policy reform, the works.
🎲 DAHL NIGHT - 6:00-9:00pm, Student Kitchen, Student Pavilion
Jackson's running board games and good company from 6pm - come for the vibes, come for the company, come for zero other reason than a Wednesday night hang.
🍛 DINNER SERVED AT 7:30 - the workshop crowd heads over and joins the crew in the Student Kitchen, for a FREE dahl dinner together.
One ticket link covers both - just let us know which part(s) you're coming to when you RSVP.
