Join us for an Aerial Dance Workshop (intermediate/advanced level)! Learn, practice & have the chance to perform a full hammock routine choreographed to music. Feel free to wear your favorite costume; we will have time to take pictures & record the routine at the end!
Basic aerial experience is required (minimum 8-10 classes) and we highly recommend being comfortable with poses such as basic inversions, diaper wrap , cross back straddle, cupid wraps, etc. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure a fun & safe experience for all!
