Take flight as you enter the wonderful world of aerials! Enjoy a great full body workout in a fun and supportive environment. Master the basics of being in the air, refine technique, build strength, and progress your skills.

We recommend you complete minimum one term of Aerial Nights Beginner Mixed before enrolling in this program.
