Aerial Nights - Intermediate Mixed (lyra and trapeze) (ages 16 and above)

Take your aerial skills to the next level, build expertise and practice across a broad range of skills and apparatus. You will expand your repertoire, develop endurance, flexibility and strength as you work on creative sequences.
