Aerial Silks with Bec (Natimuk Wellness Project)

📍Location: ArapilesFlow Movement Studio, 117 Main Street, Natimuk (enter via Depot Lane)

Beginner's aerial silks workshop where you will get to play on the silks and learn some fun shapes and moves. Bring a friend or make new friends and have some fun in the air! Suitable for ages 14+. Juniors are welcome to attend but must have a parent to work with them throughout the workshop.

Bec is the owner of NatiSilks, her own tiny business where she teaches aerial silks. Bec is also a rock climbing instructor, disability support coordinator and primary school teacher. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her "foster fail" pets, and climbing silks and rocks. She is learning to use social media and can be found on Instagram @natisilks where she will hopefully manage to upload content in the near future.

The Natimuk Wellness Project is a program of wellness and nature-based activities curated by Melissa Edwards and hosted in the rural Victorian town of Natimuk.
