How the day will look;
You and your guests will be allocated their own table for the afternoon in our Event Pavilion
Roving food to begin from 1.30pm and conclude at 4.30pm. Bar649 will be open from 12pm where drinks may be purchased.
Prices:
Adults @ $59 per person including 3 hours of roving food & welcome drink
Teens @ $59 per person including 3 hours of roving food & welcome drink
Children (5-12yrs) $35 per person including 3 hours of roving food & soft drinks

- Do you get your own table?
Yes, every group will be allocated their own table for the afternoon.
- Can I arrive before 1.30pm?
Yes, please let us know prior. Tables will be ready from 12pm onwards and drinks can be purchased from the bar.
- Can I book individually, but sit with an extended group?
Yes, you can book individually, please then put in the booking comments a group name of who you want to be seated with.
- Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements. Please notify the event organiser prior to the day to confirm this.
