African Drumming - Spring into Summer Series 2026

Have fun learning how to play the African drums with one of Australia’s top percussionists Ray Pereira OAM.

Ray will teach you how the different parts of an African rhythm fit together and show you how to get good sounds from the drum. No experience necessary.

Bookings are essential. Drums provided.

We prefer you to attend all four sessions but let Ray know if you can’t make them all.

• Week 3 Saturday 21 Nov 2 - 4pm

• Week 4 Saturday 28 Nov 2 - 4pm.
