African Sons of the West

Free African men’s health & fitness program. A space to come together with other men from the African diaspora, Sons of the West is an opportunity to challenge yourself, try something new and make your health a priority. The program will be delivered in English.

What to Expect:

Each week, for 10-weeks, you will meet in your local community group for two hours where you will:

Hear from a range of guest presenters who will lead interactive discussions on various health topics such as nutrition, mental fitness, health screenings and more.
Participate in some fun, group-based exercise, with our supportive exercise team offering options for all fitness levels and abilities!

If you’re looking for an opportunity to pick up some handy tips to improve your health, meet other men in the community, and have a few laughs while you’re at it, then come along and try the 2024 Sons of the West Program.
