AfroDance on the Rooftop! Oct. 5, Mishana Philly

Immerse yourself in the heat and energy of the Afro-pop and Afro-house phenomena sweeping the globe. Prepare to move to music from across the continent most notably the sounds and styles of Azonto (Ghana), Amapiano (South Africa), and the ever-evolving Afrobeats genre from the giant of Africa (Nigeria). 

Smooth and nuanced, lively and stimulating, this class will have you sweaty and smiling while learning Afrobeats moves and grooves. We will begin with a dynamic stretching flow and close with a cool down and mindfulness meditation to complete the arc of your Afrobeats journey. Beginners and all bodies are welcome!

Free parking lot and garage!

We will dance on the roofop, weather permitting, or inside our beautiful studio. Register in advance for updates and directions!

When you pull into the Falls Center complex from Henry Avenue, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.)  If we're outside, find us on top of the parking garage.
