🔞 Entry Requirements

·        This event is strictly for guests aged 21 and above. ID checks may be conducted if guests appear to be under 21.

·        All guests must present a valid event ticket at check-in.

🎫 Ticketing Policy

·        All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to force majeure.

⏱️ Arrival & Boarding

·        All guests must arrive at the Marina at Keppel Bay Drop-Off Point by 10.00PM.

·        The venue is non-accessible to the public; a team member will escort guests through the berth gate — punctuality is essential.

🌊 Stay on Deck — The Sea Stays Off-Limits After Dark

·        For your safety and the safety of others, swimming is strictly prohibited during the event.

·        Guests must remain onboard at all times while at sea.

·        Any violations may result in immediate removal from the event.

🧳 Security & Prohibited Items

·        All guests will be subject to bag security checks.

·        Prohibited items include:

o   Illegal drugs or controlled substances

o   Weapons or dangerous items

🌦️ Weather Contingency

·        This is a rain or shine event.

·        In the event of rain, the upper deck is sheltered, and guests will have access to an indoor lounge with seating.

📸 Media & Photography Consent

·        By attending, guests consent to the use of event photos and videos by the organizers for marketing, advertising, and publicity, without compensation.

🚫 Code of Conduct

·        The event maintains a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.

·        Violators will be removed immediately and may be reported to authorities.

💥 Liability & Damages

·        Guests are personally responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its property.

·        By attending, all guests waive liability claims against the organizers for personal injury, loss, or property damage.
