AN AFTERNOON AT CLONTOPIA: SPRING

Our next Afternoon at Clontopia is taking a slightly different direction.

This time, Vanessa will bring together Yoga Nidra, breath and sound with a little more energy. You will still be guided into that beautiful state of deep rest, but this practice isn’t only about slowing down.

Vanessa will begin with breath and gentle movement before guiding you into an extended Yoga Nidra practice, supported by sound and frequency. From that place of deep rest, the energy will gradually begin to lift, bringing awareness back into the body and a renewed sense of vitality.

The intention is to leave you feeling refreshed, clear and re-energised. Ready for whatever comes next.

After the practice, homemade refreshments served and time to enjoy the natural surrounds of Clontopia.

No previous experience is needed. All welcome.
