Together we’ll explore gentle breath practices (pranayama), awareness meditation and sound. A practice designed to restore balance and presence.

Afterwards, we step outdoors for a quiet moment of contemplation in nature, before gathering to enjoy homemade afternoon tea.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be sitting comfortably on the floor and transitioning to lying on your back during this practice. Yoga mats, cushion and blankets provided. Please bring anything else that will make your session extra comfortable for you!

Clontopia is situated on Traditional Taungurung land, in CLONBINANE VIC, just over an hours drive north of Melbourne. Surrounded by 64 acres of rugged bushland, native flora and is home to a plethora of native wildlife. Expect to feel a million miles away as soon as you arrive, the land has a certain calmness that is perfect for a reset.

Vanessa Caruso: The Healing Promoter (thehealingpromoter.com) is a Certified Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Meditation Teacher and a Certified SoulNar Sound Healing & Energy Practitioner. Vanessa subtly guides her clients into deep rest and assists in achieving mental clarity; through breath, meditation, sound frequencies and vibrations. Her teachings are gentle and restorative, leaving you feeling uplifted, rested and nourished. Vanessa is also a Wellness Retreat Leader and owner and runs events at her own property Clontopia as well as classes, workshops and events in various locations in Melbourne.

Optional overnight stay: For those wishing to extend the stillness, there may be an opportunity to stay overnight at Clontopia for an additional fee. A casual dinner and breakfast will be included.
