You’ll learn
Simple and practical strategies to understand your needs as an Autistic parent.
How to notice when you are feeling sensory, emotional or mental overload, and what you can do to help in those moments.
Ideas for creating routines and home environments that support your wellbeing.
Ways to support a strong and positive Autistic identity for both you and your child.

Testimonials
Loved learning from other autistic parents about real strategies that work for neurodivergent families.
So often things focus on supporting our children. What I liked was that this focused on my own needs, but in the context of my child's needs too, which made it feel real and achievable.
