This practical resource saves you time and helps your organisation communicate clearly and confidently – whether you’re briefing staff, updating clients or informing your board.
It includes:

• Audience-specific messages to reduce confusion

• FAQs and staff scripts for clear frontline responses

• Tools to promote compliance, manage risk and build trust.

Cost

No cost to people who work in CHSP-funded aged care. 

Who Should Attend? 

People working in CHSP-funded aged care who are responsible for briefing staff, updating clients or informing your board about the new Aged Care Act and Support at Home program.
