Join us for a face-to-face information session explaining the significant changes to in-home aged care under the new Support at Home program (SaH), effective 1 July 2025.

You'll learn how SaH replaces the Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs, what the new classifications and equitable pricing mean for you, and how to collaborate with your SECC Case Managers to ensure a seamless transition.
