Support at Home Information Session (SECC Clients)
Event description
Please join us for an information and Q+A session, explaining how the new Support at Home program (SaH) will impact
your current package.
Plus, you will also have the opportunity to speak with your SECC Case Manager to discuss your individual
circumstances.
At the conclusion of the event, we invite you to share some complimentary morning tea and refreshments.
We welcome and encourage all SECC Aged Care clients and their carers/family members to attend.
When & Where
- Date & Time: Thursday, 12 June 2025, 10am – 12pm
- Location: SECC Community Hub, 1007 Botany Road (corner of Coward Street), Mascot.
Accessibility & Transport
- Wheelchair-accessible venue with level entry and accessible restrooms.
- Bus transport available at cost:$10 per person for a round trip to/from the event venue.
- Timed & Free on-street parking is available on surrounding streets.
- Public transport: Multiple bus routes stop within 100 metres of the Hub. Mascot Train Station is 1.1 km away.
Cost & Registration
- Cost: Free and exclusive for SECC clients and their family members.
