How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The Aged Care system is a tough nut to crack. Give us 30 minutes to help sort it!


COTA Victoria's Care Finder program helps the most vulnerable older people who would not be able to arrange aged care services without intensive support, and who do not have a carer or support person who can help.

In celebration of the Victorian Seniors Festival 2024, our experienced team will offer their time to assist you, providing older Victorians with personalised Aged Care Navigation and support via phone call, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.

Services are free, providing you with personalised, independent information and guidance so that you can access the right aged care services for you.
