Join the Ageing Well Services team for some movement, music and a light lunch as we host a fun celebration of local activities for over 55's
Wear some bright colours, bring along a bright scarf and join us for some fun activities to get us moving and warmed up
Take part in our free '10 minute taster' classes on the day including our popular Movement Matters and new and exciting Strength for Seniors classes
