Fri, 15 Aug, 12pm - 6pm AWST

Event description

This event brings together a range of experts to discuss the current geoeconomic trends related to tariffs, and energy supply chains affecting trade in the context of Australia-ROK relations.  The focus will be specifically on the impact of the shifting security landscape characterised by the reassessment of international partnerships, and the recent emergence of minilateral platforms amid evolving geopolitical alliances.

Broadly grouped under the themes of ‘Geopolitical dynamics and supply chains’ and ‘Australia-Korea complementary strengths and opportunities for defence collaboration in the region’, the short presentations and follow-up Q&A roundtable discussions are designed to allow participants to engage with the speakers on issues of importance to Western Australia and South Korea.

This event is run under Chatham House rules and will not be recorded or online.
