Specialising in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Calwyn has successfully led cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency, enhance system reliability, and improve project delivery times. His strategic approach to resource management has ensured the efficient allocation and utilisation of resources, driving significant business outcomes such as increased revenue and client satisfaction. Previously at Ericsson, he excelled in change management and developed technology roadmaps that fostered global collaboration and innovation.
