About this workshop

Make the work visible. Prioritise what matters. Build a doable 2-week plan.

Small business owners often wear every hat, with customer work, admin, follow-ups, rework and improvement tasks competing for attention.

This hands-on workshop helps you'll utilise System Thinking to step back and see how work actually flows through your business, identify where time and effort are being absorbed, and use a light-touch Agile method to turn the resulting insights into practical action.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Map a real workflow from customer enquiry through to delivery and close-out

  • Make hidden work, time sinks, rework and potential scope issues visible

  • Identify practical opportunities for improvement

  • Create a simple backlog of things to address

  • Prioritise what matters most using lightweight tools

  • Build a realistic 2-week action plan with 3–5 key actions

  • Set up a simple visual system to help maintain momentum after the workshop

You’ll leave with a clearer picture of your work, a focused set of priorities and a practical plan you can actually put into action.

No complex systems, specialist knowledge or downloading of apps required. This is designed for micro and small business owners who want more clarity, structure and follow-through without adding unnecessary complexity.

Who is it for?

Early-stage and established micro/small businesses that are feeling busy, stretched or stuck, and want a simple way to see what is happening, decide what matters and move forward.
