Member Invitation
All members are invited to the club's AGM so that you can have your say in the future of the club. To run a successful meeting, we need members like you to cast your vote to ensure the decisions made for the club are in the best interests of our members. The meeting will be run in accordance with the process outlined in the club’s constitution.
The Purpose of this AGM is to:
● Fill the committee roles of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary for 2026.
● A Special Majority (minimum of 75%) vote of all ordinary members present at the meeting will be required for this motion to pass.
