AGM -Get creative with us

The Lions Club of Melbourne Next Gen would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting.

Our AGM will be presented by the president of The Lions Club of Melbourne Next Gen at 2pm and and runs approximately 45 minutes.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to: 

• find out about Lions Club of Melbourne Next Gen’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of Lions Club of Melbourne Next Gen
• speak about any items on the agenda

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting 
• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statement

DG Des Jones will come for a visit and share about the district governor project -Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation.

Get Creative with us

After the meeting, we would like to invite club families and friends to join us for hands-on arts and crafts activities and enjoy afternoon tea.

In the December event, we will volunteer at the Christmas market stall, play some games and hand out the crafts we make as rewards.
