Our Restore Rodney East Incorporated Annual General Meeting is now scheduled per the information below. Your registration helps us plan for the event – please share this invitation with members of your team and/or wider community.

Date: Wednesday, 24 September

Time: 7:00 pm doors open 6.45pm.

Location: Warkworth Town Hall

The AGM is open to all environmental groups in the Rodney East area. During the formal part of the meeting, all attendees are welcome to speak and ask questions, but only registered members are entitled to vote through their representatives.

This is an important date in our calendar, a time to share highlights from the past 12 months, elect our committee for the coming year and review our financials and performance.

After the formal meeting is complete, this year we’re excited to welcome conservation strategist and author Annette Lees, who will lead us through an engaging World Café session. With our strategic plan due for a refresh, Annette will help us to explore possibilities, potential, and challenges for the years ahead. Together, we’ll reflect on whether we’re on track, and seek your ideas on adjustments or updates needed to keep our goals relevant to you, and achievable for RRE.

Annette’s insights into developing strategies that provide clarity, empowerment and commitment will challenge us to think deeply about the road ahead, encouraging active engagement and constructive feedback. With extensive experience in governance, partnerships, collaboration, and impact assessment, Annette will guide us through a practical and inspiring session designed to spark breakthrough thinking.
