You’ll be guided through a series of tools and practices aimed at harnessing your body’s innate ability to heal and rejuvenate. Whether you're new to healing or have been on your journey for a while, this workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore the depths of your being.

No prior experience is necessary—simply come as you are, with an open heart and mind. Prepare to delve into the layers of your subconscious, uncover insights, and experience profound shifts in your energy and awareness.

Healing is about rediscovering your true, authentic self. It’s like peeling back layers of an onion, where each layer represents a trauma or trigger that has obscured your essence. These layers might include limiting beliefs, the root causes of anxiety, or patterns of self-doubt and depression.
