Erin Daly

Trade Fair Manager – German NZ Chamber of Commerce Inc (GNZCC)

Erin is the Trade Fair manager at the German NZ Chamber of Commerce Inc (GNZCC), covering some of the world’s leading shows across Germany and Asia, and is passionate about bringing the best of New Zealand to international markets through the medium of trade fairs.

Erin covers over 40 international trade fairs, and cites FL/AFL as her favourites, due to the world leading business environment, where she has been able to watch the rapid growth of her exhibitors in their market expansion through ongoing participation at these specific shows.

Erin Daly holds a Masters in International Studies (MInSt) from the University of Otago with a focus on macroeconomics, politics and international law, as well as an Honors degree in German & French from Otago.  Having spent most of her life between Europe and New Zealand, she has a deep knowledge of German-NZ trade and paths to market.

Sarah McCormack

CEO, Te Mata Exports

Sarah first got into the fresh produce industry in the mid 1990’s due to her ability to speak Japanese. Since that time, she has held several senior roles and directorships for key produce organisations, managing international businesses involved in sales and marketing, import/export and growing.

Based in Hawke’s Bay, NZ, Sarah is currently CEO of Te Mata Exports.  She has developed an in-depth understanding of the international fresh produce industry over the past 20+ years, particularly across Asia.

Lotte Bayly

Global Sales Director – WayBeyond 

Lotte has 24 years’ experience in technology, managing sales channels, partnerships key accounts, and leading sales teams to successful outcomes for customers. For the past four years she has been focused on agritech, providing digital agronomy solutions to enterprise scale growers, breeders and seed companies globally.

Lotte manages WayBeyond’s global sales teams in Mexico and Morocco and spends a considerable amount of her time at WayBeyond leading their sales efforts at global industry conferences. She has participated in Fruit Logistica Berlin for the past three years. She is an advocate for a collaborative industry working together to secure sustainable food production.

HOST - Kylie Horomia

Growth & Transformation Manager – AgriTech New Zealand

Kylie’s role at AgriTech New Zealand is all about making the magic happen – connecting more than 170 member organizations and the wider industry with opportunities that make our food systems thrive. Her journey in the agricultural landscape is akin to being an “AgriTinder” matchmaker, fostering connections and networks that pave the way for enduring business relationships and mutual success.

Kylie attended Fruit Logistica in Berlin earlier this year and is an advocate for New Zealand companies looking to increase their brand awareness, connections and sales pipeline.
