AgriWomen Connect: Women in the yards - Jugiong

Join Riverina Local Land Services for a day focused on livestock and networking in the sheep and cattle yards. No PowerPoint presentations allowed. Only practical, technical skills you can apply to your livestock enterprise.

Event details:

Bring a friend or colleague and be involved in conversations and demonstrations on:

• How to select sheep or cattle using breeding values and phenotype traits

• Assessing nutrition and pastures for optimal results

• Hear from a range of women on their careers in agriculture

• Where's the value? A carcass boneout session

• Followed by a networking evening at the Sir George, Jugiong

Women's roles in agriculture are as diverse as the industry itself. Take away practical skills to implement tomorrow and hear stories from a range of perspectives that may resonate with you or inspire you.
