AHS Osprey Block Final Performance
Description
Join us at The iNDIGO Room at iAM MUSIC for the AHS Osprey Block Final Performance, celebrating the culmination of two weeks of music, collaboration, exploration, and creativity!
Osprey Block: Music Performance & Exploration is an immersive two-week workshop where Animas High School students explore jazz, reggae, pop, rock, folk, and Zimbabwean music through hands-on ensemble playing.
Throughout the program, students work alongside professional musicians and instructors while developing skills in improvisation, music theory, reading lead sheets, recording, ensemble playing, and live performance.
Now it’s time to bring it all to the stage!
This final showcase at The iNDIGO Room gives students the opportunity to perform what they’ve been working on for friends, family, and the community while celebrating the conclusion of their Osprey Block experience.
