Phase 3 · Context at depth Projects, memory, and giving Claude everything it needs to act well on your behalf. The deeper version of what Foundations sets up.

Phase 4 · Skills Getting Claude to write its own skill files, so you stop building things by hand and start teaching it to build for you.

Phase 5 · Connectors Wiring Claude into the tools you already use, so it works where your business already lives.

Phase 6 · Your business hub A hub in Notion that captures and organises itself, so information files where it belongs without you clicking a single button.

Phase 7 · Build an agent One agent, start to finish, running a real workflow on your business by the end of the phase.

Phase 8 · Guardrails Keeping a human in the loop as you automate. Multi-factor authentication, checkpoints, and a person always making the final call. The more you hand over, the more this matters.
