Dr Nici Sweaney (Presenter)

Dr Nici Sweaney is an AI strategist, educator and founder of Ai Her Way. A scientist with a PhD in data science and nearly two decades of academic and data experience, she has collaborated with the United Nations, the World Bank and AusAid, and advises governments and organisations on how to integrate AI responsibly. Named Australian Female AI Leader of the Year, she was also recognised on the Forbes Women’s List 2025, has delivered more than 200 keynotes, is regularly quoted by the ABC and the Australian Financial Review, and has built a 7-figure business on a 4-day week using the same AI system she teaches.
