Passionate about people-first solutions, she champions AI as a tool for meaningful impact. Lou thrives on working with diverse teams to streamline today’s services and build tomorrow’s opportunities.
Francesca (Chess) Salvo – LinkedIn
With over 20 years in IT, Francesca (Chess) has led sales and transformation across Australia and APJ, evolving niche consultancies into top SaaS players. Starting in training and change management, she now champions leadership as action, not a title. She’s passionate about inclusive teams thriving through innovation and agility. An advocate for women in tech and allyship, she uses her journey to lift others. Francesca sees AI as a tool to rewrite success, making it accessible and impactful for all.
Akanksha Malik – LinkedIn
Akanksha is a Data Consultant, a Microsoft AI MVP and an international speaker. After studying Financial Maths and Actuarial Science at UCC, Ireland, she realised she wanted to work with people as well as numbers. As a consultant, she works with clients to help them solve problems by making more informed decisions with data. She is a firm believer of diversity and inclusivity. She loves machine learning and that it is becoming more accessible to everyone. She is an avid advocate for women in STEM and is currently the network director of Women Who Code Melbourne and an advisory board member for Tech Diversity Lab.
