AI for Volunteer Managers
Description
To celebrate International Volunteer Managers day, Aidan Morgan, Chief Engineering Officer from Bankwest will be facilitating a workshop on AI for Volunteer Managers. This practical workshop will help volunteer managers use AI as a smart support tool to save time, strengthen communications and bring more confidence to everyday volunteer-management tasks, while keeping people, privacy and good judgement at the centre.
You will learn:
AI demystified: what it is, what it can do and where to use caution
Prompting made simple: ask better questions and get better outputs
Volunteer recruitment made easier: role descriptions, adverts and callouts
Clearer comms in less time: reminders, FAQs, induction notes and recognition messages
Planning support at your fingertips: run sheets, checklists, training outlines and activity ideas
Responsible use in the real world: privacy, bias, accuracy and safeguarding considerations
