Work smarter, not harder. The AI F.A.S.T. Class is four 3.5-hour, hands-on labs that take you from literacy to leadership with AI. You’ll learn the tools, practice the workflows, scale what works in marketing & sales, then elevate your thinking for creativity and strategy. Learn the language of AI, understand what tools can (and can’t) do, and build confidence with prompts you can put to work immediately.

Bring your laptop. This AI Training in Christchurch is a hands-on, interactive workshop — not a lecture. You’ll be experimenting with your own tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot) and guided through practical exercises that apply directly to your role.

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand the fundamentals of generative AI and its workplace impact

• Write effective prompts for clear, consistent outputs

• Identify where AI saves the most time in daily workflows

• Gain confidence using AI responsibly and professionally

Programme Schedule:

Session 1: Foundations of AI

• Learn how to pivot your skills to stay relevant in an AI-first economy.

• Explore strategies to lead through change and redefine human value at work.

• Apply the PILLARS framework for precise prompting to turn vague requests into actionable instructions.

• Coach AI to improve with clear feedback and follow-up, and get coached by AI in return.

Session 2: Applications of AI

• Develop a shortlist of realistic, testable AI use cases, customised to your workflow and your role.

• Examine a variety of practical use cases showcasing how NZ businesses are using AI today.

• Learn how to identify and delegate potential AI augmentations and automations.

• Prioritise potential AI projects based on impact, difficulty, and speed to completion.

Session 3: Scaling with AI

• Study use cases of AI for marketing, inbound & outbound sales, and customer engagement.

• Copy/paste prompts to develop email onboarding sequences, outreach, and lead generation.

• Research your competition to discover what's working in the marketplace.

• Automate your publishing strategy on social media, email newsletters, and direct messages.

Session 4: Thinking with AI

• Generate ideas through unique AI-assisted prompts, and practice curiosity as a skill using AI tools.

• Summarise and organise knowledge using AI to build a living library of insights and decisions.

• Challenge scenarios for long-term planning to clarify goals and strategic direction.

• Gamify your learning process to stay engaged, and transform documents into strategic assets.
