Aimed at practitioners who are looking to upskill themselves around AI and/or integrate AI into their digital skill offerings, this workshop will provide you with a basic overview of artificial intelligence. We’ll discuss key terms, how AI is built, and how bias and error can make their way in. We’ll also dig in to ethical use, potential pitfalls for learners, and how other programs have approached teaching AI.
