Join us for a monthly AI for Good Lunch & Learn series, with each session featuring a different speaker, startup, or organisation working at the intersection of AI, sustainability and social impact.
Each virtual session (BYO lunch) we’ll spotlight a fresh perspective, practical use case, or emerging idea, giving participants the chance to learn directly from people building and applying AI for good. The series is designed to inspire discussion, surface new opportunities, and deepen understanding of how AI can be used responsibly to support better outcomes for people and communities. Juhi is Founder of AI startup Mission:Mārama, the world's platform for sustainability collaboration.
Simon Hertnon
Simon Hertnon is an author, educator, and consultant working at the crossroads of information design, sustainability, and social change. He is the founder of the Same Page Initiative, the creator of the multi-purpose Helpful Information Framework, and the co-creator of the Universal AI Declaration. His work enhances and expands the fields of sustainability and plain language. In partnership with Victoria University of Wellington, Simon has taught writing skills to thousands of knowledge workers (public, private, and NGO). He is also a longstanding judge and the inaugural head judge of the New Zealand and Australia Plain Language Awards.
