The seven phases
Phase 1 · Ground rules What Claude is, what it does well, and where it gets things wrong. Enough grounding to use it with judgement rather than blind trust. Kept short and plain, so we can get to the building.
Phase 2 · Map your week The three-bucket task audit. We walk through everything you repeat in a week and sort it: hand over now, hand over later, keep with you. You leave this phase knowing exactly where AI belongs in your work and where it does not.
Phase 3 · Set Claude up properly Projects, context, and your own brand voice loaded in, on your machine. This is the difference between generic AI output and an assistant that already knows your business and writes the way you do.
Phase 4 · Prompting that holds up Past "write me an email" and into prompting as a craft: giving Claude the right context, iterating, and building a feedback loop so your prompts get sharper the more you use them. We evaluate and improve prompts together in the room.
Phase 5 · Build your first workflow One real workflow, start to finish, on your own business, running before you leave. This is the moment it stops being theory.
Phase 6 · Your working stack The handful of tools that actually matter, and how they connect around Claude. We cut through the noise so you are not paying for or juggling things you do not need.
Phase 7 · Human in the loop, and your plan Keeping a person in the decision seat as you hand more over, and a 30-day action plan so momentum carries into next week rather than fading by Monday.
