Using AI to Manage Your Inbox: A Practical Inbox Zero Workshop
Description
Important emails get buried when everything lands in the same inbox. Sorting them takes time, and reading a message does not always mean the work is done.
In this live 90-minute workshop, Ted Deane will show you a practical Inbox Zero system and how to use AI as a first-pass assistant. You'll learn how to decide what needs action, what you're waiting on, what to keep and what can leave your working inbox. Then you'll practise reviewing AI's suggestions and shaping a repeatable daily routine.
What you'll learn
Set up a simple Action, Waiting, Reference, Read Later and Archive system that suits your email platform.
Ask AI to review both read and unread messages and recommend the next step for each one.
Check those recommendations before filing, deleting or sending anything.
Use AI to prepare reply and follow-up drafts, then review the facts, tone and commitments yourself.
Build a short daily review habit so your inbox stays useful after the workshop.
Who it's for
Business owners and busy professionals who want a clearer way to manage email. The approach works alongside the inbox and AI tool you use; the live demonstration is based on Ted's Outlook workflow. No specialist AI or automation experience is required.
How it works
Join live on Zoom for a demonstration, guided practice and questions. Bring a laptop, access to the email account you use, and an AI assistant you can use alongside it. You can follow the examples without sharing private emails in the group.
This workshop is about making better decisions with AI support. It does not promise an empty inbox by the end of 90 minutes, and AI will not be asked to send or file messages without your review.
Choose one of the three dates when booking. Each ticket admits one person to one 90-minute session.
